&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;zucchero 125 g
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;uova 2
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;1/2 bustina di vanillina
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;cacao 18 g
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;1 pizzico di sale&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;Decorazione:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;crema spalmabile al cioccolato
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;pinoli o nocciole o pistacchi o zuccherini decorativi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mescola la farina con il cacao, lo zucchero, la vanillina e un pizzico di sale.
Impasta velocemente la farina con il burro morbido.
Unisci l'uovo intero e impasta.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Ingredienti&lt;/span&gt;: per 4 tortine&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;cioccolato&lt;/span&gt; fondente 150 g
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;farina 125 g&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zucchero semolato 1oo g ( + 3 cucchiai )&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;burro 20 g&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cacao 20 g&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 uova&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fai fondere a bagnomaria il cioccolato a pezzi con il burro.
Monta le uova con lo zucchero.
Unisci la farina, il cacao e il cioccolato fuso.
Imburra e rivesti di zucchero 4 stampini troncoconici.
Versa il composto ed inforna a 200°C per 12 minuti&lt;em&gt;. Il tempo di cottura è fondamentale affinchè il cuore rimanga tenero&lt;/em&gt;.
Sfornali e servili caldi.
&lt;em&gt;Le abbiamo servite, in questo caso, su di un velo di crema inglese fatta&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; con:
&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;250g di latte aromatizzato con un po' di buccia di limone&lt;/em&gt;
&lt;em&gt;2 tuorli montati con 88 g di zucchero&lt;/em&gt; . &lt;em&gt;Al composto unisci il latte aromatizzato e cuoci senza farlo bollire.

Crea una cavità nella quale aggiunerai contemporaneamente: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;il lievito sciolto in 150 g di acqua tiepida, &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;l'olio,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;il malto.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Inizia a mescolare con le mani e aggiungi il sale sciolto in 50 g di acqua tiepida così che non venga in contatto col lievito. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Continua ad impastare e aggiungi l&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_gYwfx3ck67Y/Su2jI-3kN9I/AAAAAAAAABQ/jT8_9XQGAHs/s1600-h/pane.jpg"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5399150902997432274" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 298px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 204px" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_gYwfx3ck67Y/Su2jI-3kN9I/AAAAAAAAABQ/jT8_9XQGAHs/s320/pane.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;a restante acqua. L'impasto inizialmente risulterà appiccicoso, ma non temere, continuando a lavorarlo lo sentirai sempre più consistente. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Quando l'impasto sarà omogeneo, incidi con un coltello affilato una croce sulla superficie del panetto e coprilo con un canovaccio. Fallo lievitare per 10 minuti. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Successivamente sgonfialo, cioè impastalo di nuovo per un paio di minuti, riforma il panetto e coprilo col canovaccio e fallo lievitare per altri 10 minuti.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Impasta di nuovo per un paio di minuti. Rivesti con carta da forno uno stampo da plumcake (24X10X6) o uno stampo in silicone, ungendolo leggermente d'olio. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Adagia l'impasto nello stampo e coprilo con la pellicola. Lascialo lievitare per 45 minuti. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Scalda il forno, statico, a 230°. Inforna introducendo sulla griglia del forno anche un piccolo contenitore con dell'acqua.
